One of my fondest memories of growing up in Jamaica was break time and lunch time at school. It was the time for camaraderie, fun and of course the feel good snacks.
For me personally there are so many memories that are linked to the snacks I grew up with, even though most would argue now that they're not good for you, I'll say in moderation they will always be my favorite snacks.
